Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) — Fountain & Security‑Widefield

No experience needed. We provide paid training and help you get certified.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their homes and community settings across Fountain and Security‑Widefield.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data each session using our digital data platform.
• Execute behavior intervention plans designed by your supervising BCBA in naturalistic environments.
• Empower parents and caregivers with practical strategies they can use between sessions every day.
• Attend scheduled supervision and team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and refine your approach.
• Keep your BCBA informed of any changes in client behavior, family circumstances, or scheduling needs.

All you need:

• Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support.
• Reliable personal transportation to reach families in Fountain and the Security‑Widefield area.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start).
• Comfort working with military families and understanding of the unique dynamics PCS moves and deployments create.
