Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
- Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15.00/hr
- Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
What you’ll do
- Provide one‑on‑one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence‑based strategies
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
- Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care
- Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life‑changing progress
- Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle; rideshare or public transport not allowed
- Evening/after‑school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday)
- General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products
