Location: De Valls Bluff & Surrounding Rural Areas, Arkansas
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings .
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA .
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system
- Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
- Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within De Valls Bluff and the surrounding rural areas
- Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
