At Budding Futures, we're dedicated to helping children with autism and related disorders reach their full potential. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll play a vital role in our team, providing in-home ABA therapy to families across Colorado.
About the Role
We're seeking compassionate and motivated RBTs to join our team and deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. As an RBT, you'll implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA. You'll also communicate professionally with families and our clinical team to ensure seamless care.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Current RBT certification, or willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Experience working with children
- Reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification
- Paid training
