Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home and/or community setting.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation.
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and the clinical team.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to BACB ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification if applicable)
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes in the Frostburg area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them achieve meaningful progress
