Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School Based
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Job Summary
The RBT will provide ABA-based interventions under the supervision of a BCBA/BCaBA and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to support children’s growth and development in a fun, structured environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA/BCaBA
- Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting
- Collect and document accurate data and session notes
- Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills
- Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 0–5
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Comfortable with hands‑on care including diaper changing
- Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention
- Bilingual (preferred, not required)
- Coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or ABA
