Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Charlotte, NC
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation & Schedule:
- Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
- Hours: Part-time
- Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
- Location: Currently staffing cases in Charlotte, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
- Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
- 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Experience with children (required)
- Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- Must speak fluent Spanish
