Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Charlotte, NC

Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation & Schedule:

  • Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
  • Hours: Part-time
  • Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
  • Location: Currently staffing cases in Charlotte, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

What You’ll Do as a Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs):

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
  • Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
  • Track and document client progress
  • Collaborate with families and team members
  • Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
  • 40-hour RBT training required (if willing to complete it; resources available upon request)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Experience with children (required)
  • Experience with ABA therapy a plus (not required)
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reliable transportation for local travel
  • Must speak fluent Spanish
