As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized services to our clients.
About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families to implement behavioral therapies and interventions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting behavioral assessments and developing personalized treatment plans
- Implementing behavioral interventions and teaching skills to children
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
- Collaborating with licensed therapists and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Providing support to clients and their families in the home and community settings
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have completed the required 40-hour training program for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Must have a valid RBT certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
