Job Summary:
Miracle ABA is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! As an RBT at Miracle ABA, you will play a vital role in providing 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes, implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and collaborating with families and team members to ensure client success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and document data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success
- Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions
Compensation and Schedule:
- Pay Range: $33 - $35/hour
- Paid Frequency: Bi-Weekly
- Shifts: 3 PM - 8 PM (Mon - Fri)
Requirements:
- Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Previous experience in ABA therapy
- Ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
