As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver high‑quality, compassionate care to our clients, implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and engage families to support their understanding and involvement in the therapy process. We emphasize professional development, providing tools and training necessary to excel in your role while contributing to our mission of promoting effective and ethical behavior analysis.
Responsibilities
- Implement treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA
- Collect data on client behaviors and progress
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities to promote learning and development edilm
- Communicate with families about their child's progress and strategies
- Assist in developing educational materials and resources
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of behavior analysis
Requirements
- Active RBT certification, a certificate of completion of a 40‑hour RBT training course recognized by the BACB, or work experience as a BT
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience working with children or individuals with special needs
- Ability to obtain CPR certification before your employment start date
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards in behavior analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a treatment team
- Desire for ongoing professional development and training
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Physical ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and sit/stand/squat throughout the day
- Comfortable working fully on‑site in a center‑based setting
