Registered Behavior Technician

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician and make a real difference in the lives of children with autism.

Responsibilities

Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors. Serve as a dedicated team member who helps children reach their full potential.

• Work closely with BCBA to design and implement behavior plans.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to teach skills and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Collaborate with family and support staff to maintain consistency.
• Record data and progress to track outcomes.
• Ensure safe and supportive environment for children during sessions.

Physical and Daily Requirements

• Stand, walk, sit, grasp, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, squat, lift, and carry children or objects up to 50 pounds.
• Perform tasks repeatedly throughout the day such as sitting and standing from the floor or chair, lifting to 50 lbs, and moving quickly to maintain safety and engagement.

Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Obtain CPR, First Aid certification and Tuberculosis test if not recently tested.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification after onboarding.

Pay

Pay Range: $19 - $24 per hour.
