REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN / RBT (ADULT DAY PROGRAM)

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care

Registered Behavior Technician certification or minimum of six months prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a health care environment. Willing to obtain RBT certification.

Full-time schedule with no weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understand and adhere to company’s policies and procedures
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while ensuring constant communication and coordination with management and staff
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a health-care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations daily
