About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our student centered team. As part of our Non Public School (NPS) and Non Public Agency (NPA), you'll work closely with BCBAs, teachers, speech language pathologists, and administrators to support students with unique learning and behavioral needs.

RBTs play a key role in helping students build communication, independence, and social emotional skills through individualized behavior support plans and structured interventions.

What You'll Do

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
  • Support students in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills
  • Collect accurate behavior and skill acquisition data
  • Assist teachers and clinical staff in maintaining a structured, supportive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with school teams to promote student success
  • Maintain required documentation and compliance records

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with students with autism or special needs preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative school environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Background check and TB clearance required
