Registered Behavior Technician / Part Time RBT (Youth)

Compensation

USD $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self‑help, social‑skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Understand and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient‑related information.
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments.
• Work independently while maintaining constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of six months prior work or volunteer experience providing individual instruction, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments or locations on a daily basis.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or willingness to receive certification (minimum of six months work/volunteer experience).
