REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN - Linden Street School - Connections Program
Responsibilities for the Behavior Technician position include working independently to implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reductions plans, data collection and selected assessments under the supervision of a special education teacher and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in order to ensure students with significant disabilities are demonstrating academic, social, emotional and behavioral growth in a primarily self-contained classroom. Must demonstrate the skills of flexibility, problem-solving, self-motivation, and effective communication skills. Training in crisis response techniques preferred. Anticipated hourly pay range is $23.02- $24.21.
High school diploma; Associates Degree or higher preferred. Must have Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BCAB.
