Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) show up ready to help kids develop new skills through practice, patience, and play. Are you someone that leads with empathy, can make a game up on the spot, and just as easily follow a child's lead?

What You’ll Do

• Work & play 1-on-1 with kids on the autism spectrum in-clinic
• Use play, observation, patience, and ABA therapy to teach kids life skills
• Celebrate wins (big and small)

What You'll Need

• A heart for helping kids
• A calm, steady presence
• Eagerness & energy to play
• Curiosity and a willingness to improve your skills
• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year of previous experience in ABA therapy.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Pay, Schedule, And Benefits

• $23-$26/hour
• Part-time. If you want Full-Time, we can get you there!
• Our center is open Mon - Fri 8:00 AM to 4 PM
• In-home or in-school schedules available. Hours are case by case.
