What You’ll Do:
Start your day with high-fives, games, and lots of smiles! As a RBT, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based activities and science-backed strategies (known as Applied Behavior Analysis) to help build life‑changing skills. You’ll track progress, celebrate every win (big or small), and be a part of a child’s journey toward greater independence and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For:
- You’re certified as a Registered Behavior Technician
- You’re available full-time, Monday–Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- You have a high school diploma or GED
- You love working with kids and have a knack for creativity and patience
- You’re at least 18 years old and ready to make an impact
