Blue Gems ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy in Massachusetts. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and work closely with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to promote skill generalization.
The ideal candidate has an active RBT certification or eligibility, a high school diploma, and reliable transportation. A BA in psychology or related field is a plus, with strong communication and passion for helping children and families.
