This position requires understanding of positive behavioral approaches to implement programming as directed by behavioral and habilitation implementation plans. This position is responsible for immediate and accurate documentation of programming and interventions services. Effective coordination with the behaviorist, supervisors, and co-workers are required to maintain a high quality of life for the individual.1. Implement Behavior PlansFollow the behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs designed by the BCBA.Use evidence-based strategies rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).2. Data Collection and DocumentationAccurately record data on client behavior, such as frequency, duration, or intensity in the company's note systemMaintain clear documentation in a timely manner to track progress and guide treatment decisions.3.

Skill AcquisitionTeach clients new skills, such as communication, social, daily living, and academic skills.Use ABA methods like prompting, reinforcement, and shaping.4. Behavior ReductionImplement strategies to decrease challenging or maladaptive behaviors.Ensure these strategies are consistently applied as outlined in the treatment plan.5. Professional Conduct and EthicsAdhere to the BACB® RBT Ethics Code, including confidentiality, professionalism, and client dignity.Work only within their scope of competence and under supervision.6. Collaboration and SupervisionRegularly meet with the supervising BCBA/BCaBA for guidance, feedback, and performance review.Communicate observations or concerns to the supervising behavior analyst.7. Support Across SettingsWork with clients in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation.LANGUAGE SKILLS: Demonstrates willingness to try new tasks; generates new ideas for change; evaluates and recognizes priorities; selects effective team members, challenges others to learn, keeps current and integrates new information, communicates and models organization values, fosters high performance; recognizes need for and provides adequate resources.
