Job Summary
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Mastermind Behavior Services, you will play a vital role in helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) achieve their full potential. Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD in a home or clinic setting, implementing behavioral therapy plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect and record data on client progress, providing detailed observations and recommendations for subsequent therapy sessions
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and revise behavioral plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to industry standards and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
