Golden Care Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in home and/or center-based settings. In this role, you will follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBAs, implement behavior and skill-building programs, and accurately collect data on client progress. You’ll work within a supportive, collaborative, mission-driven team, receive strong clinical supervision, ongoing ABA training, flexible scheduling options, and opportunities for professional growth while partnering closely with families to help each child reach their potential.
