Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and performance
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and reports
