REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) NEEDED

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable RBT to provide in-home ABA services for a female client.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2–3 years of RBT experience
• Strong commitment to assent-based, compassionate ABA
• Fluent English is required
• Availability during morning and afternoon hours
• Female RBT preferred
• Medicaid credentialing is not required
• Must be highly empathetic, patient, and respectful
• Must respect the client’s communication, dignity, personal boundaries, and right to participate meaningfully in treatment
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
• We are looking for an RBT who values building trust, recognizes signs of assent and withdrawal of assent, and provides ethical, individualized, and respectful support.
