New Patterns ABA is looking for caring, devoted, and dependable (Registered) Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team! This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Position Overview:
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
- Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
- Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
- Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities
- Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
