Registered Architect

40+ year-old A&E firm has an opening for a Senior Registered Architect. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!

Duties:

• Lead the architectural design for industrial and commercial facilities
• Oversee the entire architectural process—includes programming and planning, demo plans, elevations, and construction details
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with all Minnesota codes (IBC, Life Safety, etc.)
• Provide work direction and guidance to architectural designers and AutoCAD drafters
• Work alongside multi-disciplinary engineering teams
• Act as the primary architectural point of contact for clients
• Oversee construction administration – includes site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Registered Architect in Minnesota
• NCARB registration preferred
• 7+ years of experience
• Industrial project experience
• AutoCAD experience

Salary:

$130-155K
