Job Location: This position is in our Wilmington, NC office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop construction drawings with Revit for all phases of a project.
- Develop specifications in SpecsIntact and MS Word per MasterFormat.
- Develop in Revit rendered models for presentations.
- Assist in developing cost estimates and construction schedules.
- Assist in construction administration.
- Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters in Architecture from an NAAB accredited University.
- NCARB Certified with ability to get reciprocity in multiple states.
- Proficient in developing BIM models on a variety of building and occupancy types in the latest release of Revit.
- Relevant experience with current releases of AutoCAD, MS office Suite, MS Word, Excel, Windows 10, and Bluebeam.
- 3-8 years of experience in the design and documentation of architecture projects beyond initial licensure.
- Lead and mentor junior architectural staff with all aspects of project design and delivery.
- Ability to pass a background check in pursuit of obtaining access onto military bases.
- Ability to travel with occasional overnight stay.
- Ability to produce a complete set of construction documents.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Ability to perform tasks independently and in a logical and timely manner.

Desired, but not required Qualifications
- Experience in the U.S. Armed Services and or experience working on commercial military (DoD) projects on military bases.
- Relevant experience with current releases of Adobe InDesign, MS Project, MS Teams, 3D Studio Max, Navisworks, and Dynamo.
- Prior construction administration (CA) experience.
- Experience with GSA, Healthcare, architectural preservation, and or laboratory projects.
- LEED AP BD + C certification
- Lab and Healthcare experience
