Key responsibilities Delivers personalized client experiences by addressing questions and servicing options in a call center setting Resolves complex inquiries and transactions, identifying root causes and managing escalations effectively Educates clients on self-service capabilities and fosters professional relationships to enhance brand loyalty Required qualifications Associate's degree in business or related field, or equivalent education and experience Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience with proven skills in the financial services industry Expert knowledge of investment products and tax implications Strong organizational skills and ability to handle a high volume of calls accurately Demonstrated computer proficiency and strong problem-solving abilities
