The Regional Vice President of Outside Sales is the senior sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. This is not a desk-based leadership role. Our most successful Regional Vice Presidents are highly visible in the field, spendingthe majority oftheir time alongside RegionalSalesManagers and customers, coaching in real time, advancingopportunitiesand helping close business.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who has spent years winning business personally and who still enjoys being in front of customers. The Regional Vice President owns the performance of the territory and leads by example through hands-on coaching, ride-alongs, customer engagement and disciplined execution.

Life out in the field looks like this:
- Achieve annualbudgetedsales quotaand KPI targets for the region.
- Own and drive revenue growth across your assigned territory.
- Spendthe majority ofyour time in the field conducting ride-alongswith RegionalSalesManagers and participatingin customer meetings.
- Coach sales professionals in live selling situations, helping them improve prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiationand closing skills.
- Personally engage with key customers, decision-makersand stakeholders to accelerate opportunities and secure new business.
- Partner with Regional Managers toidentify pipeline gaps, develop actionplansand drive consistent sales execution.
- Lead from the front by modeling best-in-class sales behaviors and maintaininga strong customer-facing presence.
- Assistin the development and execution of territory growth strategies that produce measurable results.
- Participate in major customer presentations, contractnegotiationsand strategic account reviews.
- Recruit, develop and retain high-performing sales talent.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline health, using data as a tool to drive action rather than as a substitute for customer engagement.
- Represent Lakeshore at local,stateand national industry events and conferences.
- Travel extensively throughout the region to support customers, salesteamsand business growth initiatives.

Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of successful outsideB2Bsales experience with a documented history of exceeding sales goals.Multi-skusales experiencea plus.
- 5+ years of experience directly leading, coaching, and driving sales performance within aterritorygenerating $100M+ in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate and close complex sales opportunities.
- Proven success leading through field coaching, ride-alongs and customer engagement.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage sales data and reporting to identifyopportunities, coach performance, and drive measurable results.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Candidates should ideally reside in the SF Bay Area, including San Jose, San Francisco, or Sacramento, and have the ability to travel within the territory as needed, including 2–3 overnight stays each week (traveling approximately 3 out of 4 weeks per month)
- Proficiency with Salesforcea plus.
