Primary Residential Mortgage, Inc. (PRMI) is expanding its operations in Montana and seeks a Principal Lending Manager of Retail Mortgage Lending to develop and accelerate this growth.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
- Manage and maintain a network of referral partners.
- Ensure compliance with mortgage and fair‑lending laws and PRMI policies.
- Maintain quality control and compliance standards.
- Handle difficult situations professionally when working with branches and division.
- Deliver excellent verbal and written presentation and communication.
- Lead sales success, team development, training, and practice growth.
- Familiarity with accounting terms and procedures (e.g., debits, credits, General Ledger).
Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of successful experience in retail mortgage origination, including principal lending management roles.
- Extensive experience managing and maintaining referral partner networks.
- Knowledgeable of and committed to QC compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, train, lead, and motivate branch personnel.
Licenses & Certifications
- Mortgage Loan Originator License (Required)
- Mortgage Principal Lending License (Required)
