Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in Florida. This influential position offers a unique chance to drive growth, forge innovative partnerships, and shape the direction of multiple centers. You will oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement ambitious business plans for each facility, collaborating closely with Surgery Center Administrators to ensure objectives are achieved and regularly reviewed at the board level.
• Driving Growth: Accelerate case growth by attracting top surgeons’ talent, optimizing partnerships with healthcare systems, and launching new service lines that drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
• Leadership Development: Develop and mentor future healthcare leaders by providing comprehensive training in HR, finance, and communications, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline and effective succession plans for all key roles.
• Partnership Excellence: Proactively oversee physician equity and succession planning while enhancing partnerships with health systems through transparent communication and focused shared success.
• Cultural Excellence: Champion USPI’s EDGE and leadership initiatives by implementing programs such as BeSafe and BeKind to foster a culture of safety, enhance patient satisfaction, and create a workplace where leadership flourishes.

Required Skills

• Must have operations leadership experience.
• Prefer master’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with "C" level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers.
• Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners.
• Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis.

Travel

• Up to 75% travel required (vehicle travel).
• Selected candidates will be required to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
