Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President to join our South Georgia team. The RVP’s primary responsibility is for the achievement of sales, growth, operational and financial success of 5+ offices in the southern Georgia region. This position requires a high level of strategic planning that will drive growth in the region.
Responsibilities
- Financial responsibility of meeting or exceeding the annual budget for territory
- Administer regional policies
- Develop sales and operating budgets for territory
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment
- Recruit, train, manage, and develop team
- Ensure minimum quarterly new/reactivated business requirements for the territory are met
- Build and execute a plan designed to bring in new clients, build on existing client relationships, and grow the bottom line of territory
- Market sales plans, recruitment strategies, territory budget, P&L management, and cost control
- Assist Branch Managers to ensure success of their branch
- Protect Ambassador by following all company policies and procedures
- Promote brand awareness by creating and maintaining community relationships and involvement in territory
Experience
- Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing
- Experience managing budgets, A/R, Collections, P&L's, and all financials for your territory
- Demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance and professional image
- Display initiative and creativity in problem solving
- Influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
- Effective negotiation and closing techniques
- Work well in a team environment and promote camaraderie in the territory
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Great focus and high energy in a fast‑paced environment to satisfy and exceed expectations
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Recruitment related certifications are a plus, but not required
- Travel within the territory
Previous Work Experience
- At least 6+ years of experience managing a team
- Demonstrated experience growing a region
