The Connor Group is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Vice President to provide executive leadership for a portfolio of luxury apartment communities in our Cincinnati, OH market.

Position Overview

The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high‑impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.

This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

• High level of personal and team accountability.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on management style.
