You’ll spend 70-80% of your time in dealerships coaching GSMs, Sales Managers, and Internet Managers on selling processes, CRM, and used-vehicle execution.
Reporting to the Regional VP, you’ll rotate across stores, deliver tangible KPI improvements, and guide new hires through structured milestones.
