Regional Trauma System Director

The MetroHealth System seeks a senior leader to head the Northern Ohio Trauma System (NOTS), guiding its regional network of hospitals and EMS partners. You will drive strategy, governance, and performance improvement to ensure high-quality, cost-efficient trauma care.

In collaboration with the Advisory Board Chair and Medical Director, you will oversee data integration, benchmarking, education, and financial resource management while upholding MetroHealth standards across multiple facilities.
