Regional Talent Manager (Fully Remote)

• Lead and develop a team of Talent Acquisition professionals across multiple markets.
• Partner with operational leaders to align recruiting strategies with business objectives.
• Drive full-cycle recruitment and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of talent acquisition experience or equivalent.
• Previous leadership experience in Talent Acquisition is required.
• Healthcare recruiting experience, especially home health or hospice, strongly preferred.
