Regional Support SupervisorLocation: BrooklynSchedule (Full time): Monday through Friday; 10am - 6pm* May require occasional weekends and hours beyond the normal schedule depending on programmatic needs and/or assignmentsAbout the Position:Under the direction of the Regional and/or Regional Deputy Director, the Regional Support Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring quality and operational excellence for the programs within their assigned region(s). Collaborates and works closely with program leadership and support departments to provide oversight of administrative and financial systems, trainings, quality of services, and staff engagement.Primary duties include: assisting in supervision and quality assurance of the region's programs, project management and systems workflows, being a Super User for technological systems, assist in training new and existing Supervisors, organizing the administrative training responsibilities, coordinating regional trainers, and supporting and reporting to the Regional Director.The position requires supervisory skills and is best suited for a highly organized person who is capable of multitasking.
