Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is seeking a Regional Speech Language Pathologist to support K–12 students with autism, emotional and behavioral challenges, and other special needs across multiple school sites in CA. The SLP will conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP-driven therapy plans, provide direct and group speech-language services, collaborate with teachers and behavior teams, and coach staff on communication strategies. This role includes travel within the region, strong clinical and administrative support, participation in IEP meetings, data-driven progress monitoring, compliance with IDEA and state regulations, and ongoing professional development.
