This is a hunter-focused sales leadership role for someone who can develop new business, expand existing accounts, strengthen dealer/distributor relationships, and create pull-through demand with builders.
Remote – qualified candidates can be based within 2-3 hours drive of Nashville, TN * Skilled in cold outreach, pipeline generation, and converting prospects into high-value, long-term accounts through trust and relationship building. * 70%+ travel throughout the territory * Building products / millwork / doors / stair systems experience preferred * Up to $100K base + 50% production bonus + car allowance * Established brand in the residential building-products industry
