Venturi Supply is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead Outside Sales Reps across branches, drive sales targets, and strengthen customer relationships. You will collaborate with Branch Managers, Purchasing, and Operations to meet annual plans and margins.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of sales leadership, experience with ERP systems (P21 preferred), and excellent communication. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; this role is on-site in the Baltimore area.
