Regional Sales Leader - Growth, Strategy & Team Coach

Motion is seeking a Sales Manager to assist the Division VP in directing the success of assigned branches, driving profitability and sales growth across multiple locations. You will supervise sales teams, implement initiatives, and allocate resources to improve results.

Responsibilities include leading sales strategy, managing budgets, penetrating new markets, coaching reps, and delivering bids and demonstrations while ensuring customer relationships and performance targets are met.
