Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Meet annual territory initiatives and goals.
- Present products to prospective clients.
- Set proper client expectations of the products, services and software.
- Build long‑lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a high quality customer experience.
- Handle complaints and negotiations.
- Actively participate in assigned trade shows and other public events, consistently representing in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer expectations and information gathered during the sales process are transferred.
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Keep the internal systems up to date, including proper pipeline reports and customer relationship management software.
- Schedule transportation and accommodations for business travel, adhering to current travel policies.
- Travel will be approximately 75%.
- Comply with the policies, procedures and guidelines.
- May be required to perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant sales experience required, ideally in the healthcare software sales.
- High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles required.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office required.
- Knowledge of CRM software (ex: Salesforce) is a plus.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and dynamics.
- Ability to organize time and projects efficiently.
- Self‑motivated.
- High integrity.
Compensation and Benefits:
Capable salary of $150k-$175k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
