As a Regional Sales Director, Small Business at Neat, you will drive top‑line revenue growth through a proven process based on closed‑loop sales and marketing, solving problems for today’s Small Business customers.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years in a B2B quota‑carrying sales role.
• Proven hunter with ability to build territories from the ground up.
• Background in technology sales.
• Experience using modern selling software tools (outreach, account intelligence, social selling, chat, CRM, etc.).
• Strong executive presence and executive relationship building.
• Channel / partnership experience.
• Consistent track record of overachieving sales goals.
• Minimum BA/BS education.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $230k – $275k OTE per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on your relevant experience, skills, and internal equity. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package—medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and unlimited PTO.
