Regional Sales Director

Govig Healthcare, the premier executive search firm specializing in the Senior Housing industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Director for an established senior living organization in Oklahoma City.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced sales leader who enjoys developing teams, building referral relationships, and driving results across multiple communities. This person will oversee regional sales and marketing efforts, providing direction and support to community sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies across the region.
• Coach and support community sales teams to strengthen performance and achieve sales goals.
• Build market awareness through outreach, referral partnerships, and relationships with community organizations.
• Monitor sales activity and results, identify opportunities for improvement, and guide follow-through.
• Partner with community leadership to align sales efforts with operational goals and the resident experience.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience directing sales activities and managing sales efforts across multiple locations.
• A proven track record of sales leadership and relationship development.
• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must live in the Oklahoma City area or be willing to relocate. This is not a remote position.
