This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who loves developing sales talent, coaching in the field, and building high-performing teams.
You’ll lead a growing sales team, partner closely with senior commercial leadership, and have the opportunity to make a real impact as the organization continues to scale.
Ideal background includes 3+ years of sales leadership experience, a strong track record of coaching and developing reps, and experience in diagnostics, women’s health, laboratory services, medical device, or related healthcare field.
