Manage and oversee the work of regional sales and may have financial budget responsibilities.
Develop a robust talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies of IHFM and in collaboration with AVP.
Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex IHFM regional sales strategies which may include negotiations with internal and external parties.
Plan and direct complex activities with large scale or significant business impact with the accountability for successful completion of all IHFM deliverables.
Lead in identifying risk, developing mitigation strategies, alternative solutions, resolving issues in collaboration with AVP and IHFM cross functional and/or matrix teams.
Work in collaboration with AVP to implement overall IHFM strategy of enhancing infrastructure for sales and marketing activities throughout all regional IHFM business units to maximize business.
Work in collaboration with AVP & SVP in achieving IHFM KOD goals and ensuring regional sales meet/exceed IHFM quarterly sales and compensation plan goals.
Promote and model IHFM’s core values, regional culture, and strategic vision as defined by the SVP and AVP, fostering a cohesive and motivated team environment.
Requirements
Bachelors or equivalent in related field plus experience in operations management at regional level required or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required.
Demonstrated track record of direct people management or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria required.
Ability to travel up to 60% (including car, air and overnight travel)
