Regional Revenue Management Director

To maximize revenue across a portfolio of hotels, the full-time remote Regional Revenue Management Director will analyze performance, recommend pricing strategies, and collaborate with operations and sales teams. Key responsibilities Oversee revenue management for 6-7 independent hotels, conducting weekly consultations and implementing strategy changes Analyze market trends and optimize pricing and occupancy strategies in collaboration with sales departments Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes while maintaining company revenue management standards Required qualifications Five or more years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management with progressive career growth Proficiency in independent brand revenue management systems and MS Office, especially Excel Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong forecasting, analytical, and budgetary analysis skills Knowledge of GDS, CRS, and Brand.com interactions
