Regional RE & Facilities Manager

Are you a strategic Real Estate and Facilities professional with a passion for creating exceptional workplaces? We're looking for a Regional Real Estate & Facilities Manager to lead our US portfolio, ensuring our offices are compliant, efficient, and designed to support business growth, collaboration, and an outstanding employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Regional RE & Facilities Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all workplace, facilities management, and real estate activities across the region. You'll partner closely with business leaders to ensure our offices remain safe, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned to the needs of our people and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead hard and soft facilities management services across multiple locations
• Manage fit-outs, refurbishments, maintenance projects, and workplace improvements
• Drive supplier and vendor performance against agreed service levels and budgets
• Oversee compliance with health & safety, risk, ESG, financial, and tenancy obligations
• Manage regional facilities teams and external service providers
• Support lease negotiations, property portfolio management, and occupancy planning
• Identify cost efficiencies while enhancing employee and customer experience
• Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and execute regional real estate strategies

What We're Looking For

• 5-10 years of corporate real estate experience
• Strong facilities, vendor, and project management expertise
• Experience managing regional or national property portfolios
• Budget management experience and strong commercial acumen
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strategic planning and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience delivering workplace projects and operational improvements
• Facilities Management certification or RICS-accredited degree preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Ability to travel across the region as required
