Our client is currently hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 10 apartment communities all local to Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, and team player who is effectively able to communicate and execute the company's strategic vision.
Essential Functions for Regional Property Manager:
- Mentor, coach, hire, and supervise all team members in the portfolio
- Ability to lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals
- Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget
- Review and monitor market conditions, conduct regular market surveys
- Respond to, and assist with the resolution of all escalated resident concerns
- Maintain responsibility for property risk management, safety standards, and employee and resident xhqgsiq liability
Qualifications for Regional Property Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10 years of experience as a Regional or District Property Manager
- CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role managing a large team
- Experience creating and maintaining budgets
- Excellent communication skills
