Regional Property ManagerCORY is hiring a highly organized, execution-focused Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day performance across an assigned portfolio. Our client is a vertically integrated real estate operating company with a strong national presence and a reputation for operational excellence.Your responsibilities as a leader include overseeing entire operations for ~10 assets, mentoring and fostering a strong relationship with teams, leading initiatives to maximize NOI, and overseeing annual operating budgets.The skills and experience you possess include 5+ years in a regional-level multifamily operations and property management, the ability to manage multiple priorities across assets and stakeholders, hands-on, self-directed, accountable professional with strong follow-through, CAM or CAP certifications are highly preferred, and a history of high performance, portfolio growth, and team development.Perks and benefits you'll receive include a base salary up to $125,000, plus bonus, based on experience.
