Avanath is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee a significant portfolio of communities, driving operations, budgets, compliance, and resident relations with broad latitude. You will contribute to acquisition, due diligence, lease-up, and capital improvements within the platform and execute strategy across sites.
You will travel regionally, visit communities 3–4 times weekly, and lead up to 10 sites while mentoring staff and coordinating with back-office functions to ensure ethical practices
